MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL

August-October
Download the application and the Parent Release form and send them in with a $25.00 application fee.  This fee covers the cost of the placement exam. 

Attend the Open House on Sunday, October 5, 2008 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

November
Focus on your school search to ensure that your learning style, your abilities and your activities match your first choice school.

The Admissions Department obtains the records for students from their present schools at the end of the first marking period.
 
If you were unable to come to the first Open House come to Open House on Thursday, November 20, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 

December
Take the High School Placement Test at Bay View on Saturday, December 6, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

January
You will be notified about your admissions status on January 30, 2009.

February
Your deposit of $300 is due February 13, 2009 to secure your position entering the fall of 2009.

May
Orientation will be held for new Middle School students on May 5, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and for new High School students on May 6, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

August - January
Download the application and Parent Release form and mail them in with a $25.00 application fee. The Admissions Department obtains the records for students from their present schools at the end of the first maarking period.  Attend the Open House on Sunday, October 5, 2008 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  Arrange a private tour.  Plan to visit with student guides during Catholic School Week while school is in session on January 26, 2009 and January 29, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

December
Pre-Kindergarten letters of acceptance are mailed.  Deposits are due two weeks after notification of accepatance.

February
Remaining letters of acceptance and wait list letters are mailed.  Financial Aid Applications are due to Facts Management Company. 

March
Accepted students are required to send in a $200.00 deposit to hold the position.  A wait list status report may be obtained at any time from the Admissions Office.

April
Financial Aid recipients are notified.
